Patrick Bucher

Patrick joined Compass after a career spanning over 38 years in software technology sales and sales management. During his career, he served in various roles as VP of Sales, Director of Sales, and Director of National Sales in his last position during a 15-year tenure with Comcast/NBCU.

 

After he retired from Comcast, he joined his wife, Diane, at Compass. Patrick adds a refreshing blend of sales, marketing, and negotiation skill sets highly sought after and are of tremendous value in today’s fast-paced real estate industry. Patrick’s commitment to his customers is unwavering and compliments Diane’s passion for always delivering exceptional customer experience.

 

As a lifelong San Jose native, Patrick is a local area school product, including Archbishop Mitty High School and San Jose State University. While attending SJSU to earn his degree in Business Administration, he worked as a property manager in Los Gatos. Patrick managed numerous residences and quickly developed skills in working with all types of clients and properties. He acquired experience and knowledge in property management, structural maintenance, and repair during this time.

 

As he developed the loyalty of property owners and tenants, he fostered a reputation as an advocate for clients. From this experience, real estate services would become a long-standing interest that serves him well today as a Realtor®. Today, Patrick carries on the tradition of excellence and a long history of success established by Diane as a team serving clients with unparalleled quality advice, integrity, and service.

 

Along with his wife Diane, Patrick makes his home in Monte Sereno. He is the proud father of two adult daughters, Carolyn and Natalie, and the family’s eleven-year-old chocolate Lab Riley. He enjoys sports, gardening, reading, and DIY home improvement projects in his spare time, and serves as a council member on the Site and Architectural Commission for the City of Monte Sereno.
